As a Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with continuous safety improvement for construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires a typical schedule of 40-50 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays required.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and promote a proactive and positive safety culture on construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective safety plans and programs.
• Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

• 3-5 years of relevant safety experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, and confined space procedures.
• Possession of at least one of the following certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, CSS, CSST, CHST, CSHO, or similar credentials.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with continuous safety improvement for construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires a typical schedule of 40-50 hours per week, with occasional weekends required.

Security Officer Job Responsibilities: 

• Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
• Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Interviews witnesses and obtains signatures as needed.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant safety experience, preferably in construction.
